【usage】

It is the basic raw material for silicone products such as silicone oil (modified silicone oil), silicone emulsion, silicone rubber, silicone resin, etc. It can also be directly used as a rubber filler treatment agent and cosmetic raw material.

【Precautions】

The mixture of vapor and air is explosive. Fine dispersions are easy to form explosive mixtures in the air, easy to accumulate static electricity and may ignite; through grounding, parallel connection or inert gas protection to avoid possible fire hazards.

[Marking, packaging, transportation and storage]

1. This product is packaged in 210L plastic-lined iron drum or plastic drum (net weight 190㎏/drum) or 1000L steel plastic square drum in sealed packaging or according to customer requirements and in compliance with safety regulations;

2. When transporting octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, it should be fireproof, rainproof, moisture-proof, sun-proof, and prevent the mixing of acid and alkali and other impurities;

3. The temperature of the storage place of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane should be 20℃～40℃, and heat preservation and antifreeze work should be done when the temperature is lower than 17℃. In accordance with the standard GB/T 20435-2006 packaging, transportation and storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production. It can be re-inspected after the expiry date, and it can still be used if the inspection results meet the requirements of this standard.
