The printing and dyeing industry is mainly used for the pad dyeing of vat dye suspension, leuco acid dyeing, and the dyeing of dispersive and soluble vat dyes. It can also be used for dyeing silk/wool interwoven fabrics, so that there is no color on the silk. The dye industry is mainly used as a dispersion aid in dispersion and lake manufacturing, a stabilizer for rubber emulsions, and a tanning aid for leather. Application method: It has excellent diffusibility and protective colloid properties, but no surfactants such as penetrating foaming. It has affinity for protein and polyamide Yingwei, but has no affinity for cotton, linen and other fibers.
(1) It is used as a dispersant and filler for disperse and vat dyes. When the disperse dye or vat dye particles are processed, the dispersant and dye can be added to the grinder together. The amount of diffusing agent N is 0.5-3 times that of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times that of disperse dyes. It can also be added as a filler when the dye is commercialized.
