Usage method
Afe-0050 was added to the foaming system to ensure its uniform dispersion. In case of dilution, the storage time of diluent should not exceed 24 hours.
For the system with higher foaming temperature (> 60 ℃), it is suggested that afe-0050 or diluent be added into the system before 60 ℃ and dispersed evenly to give full play to its effectiveness.
According to the factors such as viscosity, temperature and stirring of the foaming system, 10ppm is selected as the unit to select more economical dosage. Generally speaking, the dosage of 30-200ppm can guarantee the ideal defoaming effect. Some industries, such as coatings and biological fermentation, may need 2-5 per thousand.
